# Connections

> Connect your Discord bot to other apps, alerts and keys.

Your bot can work with things outside Discord. A shop can tell your bot about a new order. A YouTuber's new video can show up in your server. And your bot can use keys for other websites, kept safe.

Most of this lives on the **Integrations** page in the sidebar. Keys live on the **Secrets** page.

## What's on the Integrations page

> **Your bot's invite link**

> The invite link adds your bot to a server.
>
> **1. Copy the link**
>
> Copy the invite link on the Integrations page.
>
> **2. Open it**
>
> Open it in your browser and pick a server.
>
> **3. Authorize**
>
> Press **Authorize**. You need the **Manage Server** permission in that server.
