  <Accordion title="My bot is offline. What do I do?">
    1. Open your dashboard and look at the top of the **Dashboard** page. It shows if your bot is **Online** or **Offline**.
    2. Press the start button to turn it on.
    3. Still offline? Your bot token may have changed. Go to **Settings**, paste your newest token from the Discord Developer Portal and save.
    4. Open **Error Logs** to see if something went wrong.

  <Accordion title="My slash command does not show up in Discord.">
    1. Make sure you pressed **Save Command** in the builder.
    2. Make sure the command is switched **on** in your Commands list.
    3. Close Discord completely and open it again. Discord sometimes needs a moment to show new commands.
    4. Make sure your bot was invited with the **applications.commands** permission (see Connect your Discord bot).

  <Accordion title="My event does not do anything.">
    1. Check the event is switched **on**. An event that is off shows "Off, it won't run".
    2. For message events, the bot needs the **Message Content Intent** turned on in the Discord Developer Portal.
    3. For member join and leave events, the bot needs the **Server Members Intent** turned on.
    4. Open **Error Logs** to see if a block failed.

  <Accordion title="What does &#x22;No problems&#x22; in the builder mean?">
    The builder checks your blocks while you build. **No problems** means it did not find anything wrong. If it finds a problem, it tells you which block to fix.

  <Accordion title="Can more than one person build the same bot?">
    Yes! Invite them as a collaborator. See Collaborators.

  <Accordion title="Is it safe to put my bot token in DogeBot?">
    Yes. DogeBot keeps your token secret and never shows it to collaborators. Just never share it anywhere else.

  <Accordion title="I forgot my password.">
    Press **Forgot password?** on the log in page. We send you a link by email. The link works for 30 minutes.
