# Get more help

> Where to look and where to ask when you are still stuck.

Still stuck? Here is where to look, in order.

**1. Check Error Logs**

Open [Error Logs](/your-bot/error-logs). It shows which block broke, the values when it ran and the **Steps to repair**.

**2. Watch a Replay**

In the builder, press **Test** to open **Replays**. You can play a run block by block and see where it went wrong. See [Saving and fixing problems](/building-with-blocks/saving-and-fixing-problems).

**3. Read the help pages**

Try [Questions people ask](/help/questions-people-ask), or search this guide.

**4. Ask on Discord**

Press **Support** in the dashboard. It takes you to the DogeBot Discord server, where you can ask for help.

## Links in the dashboard

| Link | Where it goes |
| - | - |
| **Docs** | This guide, at docs.dogebot.net. |
| **Support** | The DogeBot Discord server. |
| **Tutorials** | DogeBot tutorials. |

## When you ask for help

Tell us:

* what you wanted the bot to do
* what it did instead
* the error from [Error Logs](/your-bot/error-logs), if there is one

> [!WARNING]
>
> Never share your **bot token**, your **password**, your **backup codes** or your **Secrets**. Keep them to yourself, even when you ask for help.
