# Builder settings

> Auto save and the other builder options.

Press **Builder Settings** in the builder's top bar. A window opens with tabs and a search box, so you can find any option fast. **Reset to defaults** puts everything back the way it was.

## Auto save

With **Auto save** on, the builder saves for you, so you never lose work.

* It is **off** at first. Switch it on here.
* It saves about **2 seconds** after your last change, and at most once every 10 seconds.
* It **waits if there are problems**. You see a message like "Auto save waiting: 1 problem to fix". Fix the problem and it saves again.

## Other options

| Option | What it does |
| - | - |
| **Warnings** | Choose which warnings the builder shows you. |
| **Replays** | Switch the automatic recording of runs on or off. See [Replays](/the-builders/replays). |
| **Reopen at your last block** | When you open a command again, the builder jumps to the block you were working on. |
| **Share copied blocks between tabs** | Copy blocks in one browser tab and paste them in another, for example from one command into another. |
