# Insights

> Numbers and charts about how your bot is used.

Open **Insights** in the sidebar to see how your bot is doing. Older versions of DogeBot called this page **Bot Analytics**.

## Your bot at a glance

At the top you see counts for your bot: **Commands**, **Active Events**, **Servers**, **Users**, **Database** and **User Installs**.

## How your bot runs

| Number | What it means |
| - | - |
| **Runs** | How many times your commands and events ran. |
| **Success rate** | How many of those runs worked without errors. |
| **Failed runs** | Runs where a block failed. Check [Error Logs](/your-bot/error-logs) to fix them. |
| **Unique users** | How many different people used your bot. |
| **Active servers** | How many servers used your bot. |
| **Median run** | How long a normal run takes. |

## Charts

* **Runs over time**: a chart of how many runs your bot had.
* **Most used flows**: which commands and events people use the most.

Switch the range between **Day**, **Week** and **Month**.

> [!NOTE]
>
> Longer history is part of Premium. See [Premium and plans](/premium-and-plans).

> **Example**
>
> Your **Success rate** dropped and **Failed runs** went up today. Open [Error Logs](/your-bot/error-logs) to see which block is failing, then fix it.

## For WhatsApp numbers

When a WhatsApp number is picked, this page shows your **runs and messages** for your flows.
