Building is more fun with friends. Collaborators are people you invite to help with your bot. Open Collaborators under Account in the sidebar.

The roles

Every collaborator has a role. The role decides what they can do. For WhatsApp numbers, Read and answer WhatsApp chats (the Inbox) is part of Operator, Builder and Admin.

Invite someone

There are two ways:
  1. Pick the role.
  2. Pick when the link expires: never, 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.
  3. Pick the max uses: how many people can use it.
  4. Copy the link (or a ready-made message) and send it.
You can make a new link or turn the link off at any time.

With their Discord ID

Type their Discord ID and pick a role. They get a notification in the bell with Accept and Decline. The invite expires after 7 days.

What collaborators can never do

To keep your bot safe, only you (the owner) can:
  • see or change the bot token
  • delete the bot
  • handle billing, promo codes and the plan
Secrets are hidden from collaborators too.

Other things on this page

  • Pending invites: invites not accepted yet. You can have up to 10.
  • Activity log: who changed what, and when. You can filter it.
  • Bots shared with you: bots other people invited you to, with Open and Leave. They also show in your bot picker under Shared with you.
