Building is more fun with friends. Collaborators are people you invite to help with your bot. Open Collaborators under Account in the sidebar.

The roles

Every collaborator has a role. The role decides what they can do. Each role can do everything the one above it can, plus a bit more. You can save up to 10 of your own roles. Give each one a Role name and pick a role to Start from.
For WhatsApp numbers, Read and answer WhatsApp chats (the Inbox) is part of Operator, Builder and Admin.

Pick the role

Choose what the person can do.

Pick when it expires

Never, 1 hour, 1 day, 7 days or 30 days.

Pick the max uses

How many people can use the link.

Send it

Copy the link, or copy a ready-made message, and send it to your friend.
You can regenerate the link or turn it off at any time.

What only the owner can do

To keep your bot safe, only you (the owner) can:
  • see or change the bot token
  • delete the bot
  • handle billing, promo codes and turning on a plan
Secrets are hidden from collaborators too.

Other things on this page

  • Pending invites: invites not accepted yet, shown as “n of max”. You can have up to 10.
  • Activity log: who changed what, and when. You can filter it.
  • Bots shared with you: bots other people invited you to, with Open and Leave. They also show in your bot picker under Shared with you, with your role.

How many collaborators?

Pending invites count toward this number. Collaborators work under the bot’s own plan.
